Well this is certainly a long overdue! *Queen of backlog orz.*
*Note: Didn't take ANY pictures at all as i forgot to charge my phone and it was sorta dying so i wanted to save it so i can call my parents after the event. >__<" So sorry for that!
So as usual, C2AGE was held in between my mid terms... From 18 May - 20 May (Friday - Sunday). YES! C2AGE has managed to extend their usual event duration from 2 days to 3 days woohoo! But sadly, i only attended day 2 on Saturday as i was having exams on Friday and it continues on Monday so i have to skip say 3 on Sunday to study sighs. :/
Cosplayed as Kaname Madoka school uniform version with my twinneh Joanne as usual! She was Akemi Homura/ Moemura / Meganemura. :3

I actually forgot about the ribbons until Saturday morning when i logged onto Facebook and saw someone posting this picture above lol ^. And i was like OH YEAH SHIT!
Woke up around 10.30am and went for breakfast with my parents. Actually they didn't know i was going for an ACG event oops. :x They definitely won't allow me to go as it was in between exams! So i ahd to lie. D: They dropped me at school and i took a nearby LRT to Kelana Jaya and took the shuttle bus which was packed with cosplayers and photographers to Tropicana City Mall!
Reached around 11.30am and waited for twinneh who came at 12pm. Got changed at makeup-ed. C2AGe has this new storage facility for cosplayers or whoever who wants to store their stuffs or bags at a safe and protected area FOC! Thumbs up for that! (Y) Nao i don't have to worry that my bag will go missing! So we stored our bags and went off to the event area!
They weren't enough people there yet to consider as 'packed' but the amount was good enough for an event. Not too packed yet not too empty lol. We did our usual rounds and posed for pictures as well as browsing through the doujin booths. Nothing attracted us as they all seem kinda mehh lol.
On the way, we did bumped into some friends and all! Really nice meeting up with them again! C:
We had our lunch at Daily Fresh! PEANUT BUTTER AND CHOCOLATE WAFFLES! With Iced Lemon Tea. Twinneh paid for me and didn't want me to pay her back. My turn next time ah! xD
After lunch, we circled the event area again and finally, Rae our Kyoko arrived! She was cosplaying as Kyoko's everyday wear version.

She had the luxury of munching Pocky all the way! Guhhh i jelly! ;___; But she was wearing heeled boots and wasn't used to walking in them. So we had to constantly rest as her legs aches. After some time she decided to change out as she couldn't tahan any longer. :C
Twinneh and i did more rounds, stopped and watch the cosplay competition going on which ended 5 mins after we were there lol and some band performance. Snapped more pics too! :D
At around 4.30pm, i had to go change out. And twinneh has to go for a meet up with her Twitter buddies! So we went our separate ways after that. I took a cab with Chris whom i bumped into at Starbucks to Taman Bahagia's LRT station, we both went our separate ways and managed to reach my destination soon enough while waiting for my parents to pick me up. Luckily they didn't noticed a thing haha. :P
Since i didn't take ANY pics at all, shall steal them from some tagged photos on Facebook! With credits of course.
I'm quite satisfied with my cosplay this time. The only thing i'm unhappy about is that i didn't use more dramatic false lashes. Hence, making my eyes look sorta small with Madoka's pink wig. :/ To add on with that, Madoka is quite a happy character in the beginning, so it means i have to smile more and i naturally squint when i smile widely or happily making my eyes EVEN smaller wtf. Next time cannot smile too much adi. Must smile moderately!

Other than that, i need to work out on making my legs smaller. :/ I'm born with big and thick bones, making my thighs bigger than it already is fml.
Onto rushing for my AFA cosplay plans! Will reveal them soon.
I've heard the news last year that AFA would actually make a debut this year but i thought it couldn't really be possible, i mean, Malaysia? Of all places in Asia! Not that i'm looking down at my own country, but to be honest, i can't really think of any place big enough to hold down that many people, plus the fact that many visitors and ACG enthusiasts from other countries would be coming too! :O
But yes! It is true now! AFA has just announced that we would be having our very own AFAMY!
Ohoho! So excited! :D The main site wasn't updated yet so not much info for now. I really hope they'll update us really soon on guest appearances and activities.
So i'll be stalking their facebook page more frequently now!
But the usual and actual AFA2012 will still be at Singapore coming November. Have been there last year and it certainly was an overwhelming experience! Have blogged about ithere . :D Sadly, i don't think i'll be able to make it again this year due to my public exam, SPM. :C
But still! I'll certainly be making plans to attend next year's Cosfest! Cosfest is also another major ACG event in Singapore. But not as huge as AFA. Still i want to attend it!
So many events this year! Yet so little time for me to prepare! Shall start sorting out my cosplay plans. ;__;

PLUS! I created a new banner and changed my blog layout. :D More simpler i guess? Am brain dead atm so can't really think of any fancy and creative ideas. >__<
To sum it up, it was really so-so, okay, meh-ish, i dunno. :C
This was like the only picture i took of the event. :(
The event area was really small and there wasn't much space for us to walk around without bumping into people. And the queue to the event was OMFG long. Sorta like a CF 11 comeback LOL! But not as worse as CF lah of course! xD
So i reached 1 Utama around 11.30am and waited to COD my K-On summer costume with a girl. And yeah, waited for quite awhile and all so i decided to look for twinneh Joanne first. Took us awhile to get changed and fix our make up (WHICH WAS TOO INVISIBLE! Shall spam moar next time.) and IT happened. Twinneh forgot to bring her purple lens and was half blind the whole time while i forgot to bring my wig cap and headband for Homu gahhhh! So i went to Daiso and bought a headband for five freaking bucks and a bun cap thing, which i mistaken for a wig cap. *headdesks* There goes my 10 bucks. Twinneh was generous enough to pay for the lash glue and even gave me a pair of Eyelash Lab lashes! TwT <3
So we endured 'the stare' while walking down to the event area as the toilet we went was further away. :O
So basically we just roamed around the event area like wandering ghosts LOL! I managed to meet a few of my friends like Blue-chan Aoi, my ah mui Yumi, Rae Rae and Megat. Poor twinneh didn't see any of them (not because she's half blind :P but it was seriously too crowded! Must be lucky to manage to spot my friends!)
At one point we got thirsty and decided to walk to A&W for root beer. While we were at the counter, a lady asked twinneh what we were doing and she explained to her. And that lady said "Wow! I see! You two look alike." HOHO this is what i call twinneh powah! 8D
And twinneh managed to be shot by Razrig! One of the photogs i stalk hoho!
Both of us wasn't really a fan of Alodia so we didn't go up close when there was a meet and greet session thingy with her. *shrugs* :X
Hmm yeah, that sorta wraps up our day at Animax Carnival! No doujin booths and all but still am glad to spend the day with my beloved twinneh! <3 Am looking forward to the next major event! Which prolly will be C2AGE or any other minor ones before it.

First day!
Arrived at the event at 4pm orz. I know i know it's super late! Cuz i had piano recital from 2-3pm, if not i would have definitely went earlier! D:
I already had my make up and costume on so i need not chiong for toilet space hahaha. I was cosplaying as Mayuri Shiina from Steins; Gate again. Sorry loh. Poor cosplayer is poor. T__T
Anyways, twinneh Joanne warned me about the long-ass queue and she was right! Reached there and the line is still up to the park! Twinneh said it was until the car park earlier in the morning wtf. And here i was thinking the line 'had already cleared', how wrong was i. D:

So sis and i waited for around half an hour and finally arrived inside hall 4, where the ticketing counter was. Presented my mock ticket that i bought from Anime Tech and received my tickets! If i went earlier i'll prolly end up waiting for a thousand years like twinneh. D: But then again! I'll missed so much things!Also COD-ed a wig with Relyss who was cosplaying as Hajime Saitou from Hakuoki, i think! ><
Then we went roaming around the convention centre, which was at hall 5. There were so many booths! Tempted to buy some of them but then thought 'Maybe day 2 has more stuff? Since it's already 5pm prolly most stuff have been sold out.' (And how wrong was i again. You'll see why.) And then again! Some event-goers and cosplayers went up to me saying 'Tutturu!' or 'Tutturu! Hello Mayushii!' or 'Tutturu! You're so moe Mayushii!' or 'Tutturu! WHERE'S YOUR OKARIN?!' Lol! For that last one i answered "Probably on a date with Kurisu-chan! :3' and they went laughing! So much fun to cosplay as Mayuri! :3
Went off COD-ing a wig with Kiddo who was cosplaying as Nezumi with her partner as Shion from No.6! Didn't manage to snap a pic! D: Later, J Han from MVP (Malaysian Vocaloid Party) on FB, whom i met at AFA stopped me and asked if i wanted to meet the members of the group, so i agreed and followed him. Met a few members there and chatted with them like Aki (the head! Finally get to meet him!), Alfred, Daniel and Jerry. (whom i also met in AFA with J Han.) Didn't really chat with the girls cuz they were busy touching up make up. :C

After that i went on to COD with the forumer. On the way, Hexlord of Black Rabbit Photography (Whom i again, met in AFA! :D) saw me and called out to me. His eyes so sharp can spot me among the huge crowd! And he said 'You're too blue lah!' Haha! He gave me his name card too! Awesome photog who takes awesome pictures who gives awesome name cards with his awesome photos on it hoho! 8D
He even showed me some of the pics he took, one of 'em which was a Amane Suzuha cosplayer! And she's Ryukku/Annie! OMG WTF I WANNA MEET HER! But Hex said she already went home. NOOOOOOO! TAT
And the thing i most regretted about that day is forgetting to camwhore with Hex. FML! D:
Met up with sis and she complained that she was thirsty. So we when over to hall 5 which has a corner which sells food and drinks at a super expensive price wtf. One coke cost RM3.50 weih! While we were lining up, a pretty Kagamine Rin cosplayer came up and greeted me. 'Hey Cloudee!' and i was like 'Err, huhh?' lol! And she said 'Ohh i'm sorry! I'm Haruhi! From FB.' and i went 'OHHHH! OMG OMG! I'm so so sorry i couldn't recognize you!' YES. She looks so different from her FB pic! I chatted with her for a little while and she realized that she was 'in my way from buying drinks' lol! So she went off. Really glad to meet her! And till today i feel so bad for not being able to recognize her OTL. ;__;
And then mama Kroduz, cosplaying as Seishin from Shiki found me and chat with me too! He told me that he's cosplaying as Bon from Ao no Exorcist tmr! HOHO! Imma AnE fan so he automatically entered my wanted cosplay list!

After awhile of roaming, i got tired cuz my boots were a little too tight and my feet was starting to hurt BADLY. Got changed in one of toilets. Ho! I managed to chiong the toilet before more cosplayers started swarming in! Next time i can help you chiong toilet too hahaha!
So sis and i walked to Suria KLCC's food court for dinner. I was still wearing my wig cuz my hair looked like shit. And i didn't remove my make up cuz i forgot to bring my tissue wipes. :/
Mai dinner! Spaghetti Bolognese with Alfred-o (LOL!) meatballs and a Mocha slush! YUMM! <3
While hunting for dinner, again, Hex saw me and called out to me! And i said 'Wahh! You can even recognize me when i'm wearing my normal clothes!' and he said 'Haih! Mayushii's hair is too obvious to not notice leh haha!'
At one point, my sis said that Mayushii's wig looks like those famous Korean star's hairstyle. -__-
We also went by Kinokuniya after dinner. And the Japanese books and magazines as well as the manga section was full of CF-ers! Not really full but there were a few! xD
And i saw this!
(Last role) Original Japanese manga of AnE!!! Which cost around RM26 per book orz. At first i wanted to buy the one with Shima as the cover but apparently there was no more there. SEE even pervy dudes gain popularity! But gahh, screw empty wallets! I shall slowly collect these in future! >3
And that ended my day at CF day 1! Really crappy due to the long line and huge ass crowd but it was fun meeting up with friends! :D
Second day!
Ho today i got up at 9am! First i helped my sis put on some make up to go with her lolita, then i took my time putting on my make up for Mayoi Hachikuji. But then, my parents kept rushing us as they were running late for an appointment, so i quickly put on my costume and packed my stuff and went.
Half way on the highway, i realized that i forgot to do chest binding SHIT! Nao i ish over matured Mayoi who has grown boobs out earlier oTL! And i realized i forgot to bring along my headband and bracelet. GG.COM AHH!
The road to KL was super packed! Arrived there at around 11.00am but we jammed all the way till 12pm and finally reached KLCC convention centre. AND BEHOLD, le long line is waiting for us there. D:
Actually, today the line was moving! There were volunteers around checking up and all. Since we already got our tickets yesterday, we made our way to hall 5.
Bad idea. It was freaking packed! We literally had to squeeze through the crowd to reach the doujin booths! We were stuck in the crowd for half and hour and finally made our ways to the booth area. But the booths were crowded too! We barely managed to look at all the stuff around. And i was feeling really sweaty and didn't want my make up to come off so we left the hall.
And camped in hall 4! Found twinneh Joanne cosplaying as Megurine Luka Secret Police version and her team mates Haru who was cosplaying as Meiko and Alex, cosplaying as Gakupo! Haru then gave me her coscard. Double sided some more! Got to know the super friendly Alex who even guided me when i was camwhoring with twinneh LOL! xD Twinneh said i fail in camwhoring and haven't mastered the 'art' of camwhoring yet haha! xD

After awhile, twinneh's team mate came and were off for a photo shoot. Meanwhile, my sis when off looking for her friends again while i just hanged around at hall 4 waitingformypictobetaken searching for other friends. Nope, can't find no any of them. D:
So i decided to walk around the park outside. Sien. Nothing much there. I guess i was really tired today, didn't really have the mood to take pictures of cosplayers and my camera happen to be dead. COD-ed a wig with Synjie too! Hope your voice gets better! :3
At around 3pm, met up with Arisa to collect the wig i bought from her. She also gave me her limited edition (fuiyohh!) magnet coscard and one normal coscard! Lucky maxx! :D
Had lunch at a small restaurant nearby with sis. And then went home at around 5pm.
Day 2 seems to be less interesting loh. Nothing much to do. D:

Anyways, this year's CF was tbh, really disappointing. :C Yes, the event area was larger compared to last year's which was held in Times Square but the thing is that, the oh-so-awesome peeps of the KLCC department was in the way! Restricting us event-goer's freedom in walking around etc! I see a lot of peepol blaming it on the CF committee but they aren't the ones to be blame. BLAME THE MEN IN BLACK AKA KLCC MANAGEMENT PEEPS. D8<
Aiyah actually can't blame them loh, they're just doing their job of annoying guarding peepol and all. So yeah. No blame no blame.
I know the committees will be working hard to make next year's Comic Fiesta bigger and better! So am really looking forward to next year! :3

YES! This is my first time going to AFA! Also, my first time going to an overseas event! 8D *happy maxx*
So i ONLY started packing on Thursday (10/11) when my flight is at Friday (11/11) morning. LOL lazee girl ish lazee orz. And when i was packing up my cosplay costumes, mom told me that maybe our baggage might be overloaded, so she asked me to bring only ONE costume set. She even asked me to pick out the lightest one. I was like 'NOOOOOOO! I need to debut both of them!' In the end, i chose to bring my Mayushii set as it was the lightest and easiest. Come to think of it, if i did brought my Mayoi set it would be super troublesome cuz of the giant bag...
Arrived at KLIA, then we searched around for the Tiger Airways counter but could not find it. Mom as usual, panicked like mad. After asking around, found out that TA is supposed to be at LCCT instead.
FOL.
Sis and i bought some Burger King to eat as we were almost dying from running around. Took a cab to LCCT and finally checked in oTL.
Flight from Malaysia to Singapore is only about 1 hour plus. So i slept thru the flight~ 8D
Arrived at Singapore at around 9am. Took a cab to Park Royal Hotel at Beach Road. Le hotel was super nice okay! Our rooms were damn comfy too!
Didn't attend the first day of AFA cuz we were too blardy tired. So we slept till 1pm. And went out to grab something to eat.
ANNNNNNNND then Saturday arrived. Woke up early to eat Sg's most famous Chicken Rice at somewherewhichiforgot. Was almost late to meet up with le partner in crime Seki cuz of me spending 1 hour putting on make up lol.
Arrived at the event and it was super packed OMG! Had to squeeeeeeeeezr thru the crowd of peepol and finally arrive at a toilet to change into my costume and wear my wig. And that was when i decided to put on my entire costume and make up in the hotel tomorrow.
Bloody hell look at the amount of peepol who turned up! I heard there were a hell lot of peepol from overseas who turned up. *Like me*
So sis, Seki, her mom and dad lol and i were roaming around the event and took pics of lots of awesome cosplayers. I too, posed for some peepol and photogs too. But tbh, most of the peepol who took a picture of me were from Thailand and all. I can differentiate their accent OKAY lol. So now i see how Mayushii has infected peepol. Also, i managed to take a pic with a Kurisu and Daru cosplayer! Sooooo happy but realized i didn't use my cam to take a pic with them too. *le sad, le emo at a corner*
And the thing is, i got lots of peepol who idk going up to me saying 'Tutturu!' and some even come up requesting for a hug. O_O There was one girl who hugged me and said 'Awww! You're such a cute Mayushii! I saw some other Mayushii cosplayers but i think you're the cutest and look almost like her!' Of course i was super touched lah! She even asked for a coscard from me and le sadly i told her i was a beginner cosplayer and didn't have one yet, YET. Sorry dear! :(
And for almost the rest of the day we roamed around, walking upstairs, downstairs snapping pic of cosplayers. While we were coming up an escalator, a guy looked and waved at me. He came over and told me he was cosplaying as Ruka but changed back his clothes and invited me to join his Steins; Gate group tmr! :O Super excited and we exchanged our email adds.His name is Kang Yu btw.
Walking and walking... And yet ANOTHER guy came up to me, but his costume looked familiar. LE GASP. He was cosplaying as OKARIN! :O so we snapped some pics together and he invited me to take more pics by his friend who was a really experienced photog. So we met up with the photog and posed for him. We had small talks among each other but i had to go back. So the photog passed me his name card and i was like OAO.
He is Hexlord OMG! I'm a fan of his work! Have been sorta stalking his works for quite sometime and i accidentally blurted that part to him too lol.
So that was how i ended my day in AFA, day 2.
Day 3 was pretty much the same except that Seki will be in her Setsugetsuka Len costume! Looking awesome with her epic costume! Also, both of us are super excited as there will be a photo taking session with renowned cosplayer KANAME! And we wanted to catch the Regional Cosplay Championship (RCC) live!
While we were about to line up to catch Kaname, i bumped into yet another Kurisu and Okarin! And the best thing was, they're Malaysians too! I automatically recognized the them as Chiko and Ranmaru! And she even invited me to their Steins; Gate photoshoot next year during early Jan! Whooooo super excited! And Hadi passed me their awesome Touhou group coscard! :D
So Seki, my sis and i were chiong-ing to get a pic with Kaname, we were like frantically waving our hands, jumping up and down (okay, maybe it's just me) and screaming 'KANAMEEEE KANAMEEEEE!' But in the end, we failed to get a pic WITH him orz but we managed to spam lots of pic OF him. *foreveralone.jpg*
FUUUUU i freaking swear he was looking at me in this pic! Cuz i think i was screaming his name the loudest lololol!

After that, more roaming around and then we managed to catch RCC. We made a pretty stupid decision to stand as close to the stage as possible and ended up having sore legs. So when Team Philippines was up (they were the last performance), we went to the back where everyone was sitting and sat down and watch and that was when we thought that we were super dumb for not sitting at the back at first.
Team Malaysia's performance was REAL GOOD STUFF! Srsly! Not that i'm being biased or anything, but Venus and Antony's performance was damn amazing! Plus points to the scene where Venus spat blood while being 'stabbed' by Anthony! :D And Anthony aka Blur happen to be one of the photogs i stalk too. :P
The other teams' performance was pretty good too. But most of them had over sized weapons and armors, fighting on stage with all the swords having the 'ching' 'ching' 'ching' sound. So yeah, got bored. I mean most of them were fighting with their epic weapons while saying some heroic quotes lol. They're all the same imo. And you might think that this paragraph sounds really biased, well fuck off. :) This is my blog and i can say what i want. :)
So that pretty much ended my day 3 of AFA. Was really exhausted, sore and tired all over. Took a hot shower and went to sleep and woke up in the middle of the night starving. :/ Luckily mom da bao-ed some food for me. <3
Conclusion time! AFA is really one helluva event! With many peepol from literally all around the world attending, AFA really deserves the title of 'world class ACG event'. All hail Singapore! 8D
